Most common questions

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. Please note that it may take up to an hour for this email to be sent.
If you are unsure that your order has been placed, there are different ways to check this:
– When the order was placed, you should have arrived on a page titled “Your order”.
– An order confirmation has been sent to your specified email address. Make sure that this email has not ended up in your spam.

How do I make a claim on a product?

Information needed for claims for any product:

Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the defect
• Description of the defect

Please send this information to our email address, whatsapp or instagram page. Pertaining to our exchange, return and refund policy, necessary action will be taken.

Can any add any custom text or name on the products?

Yes. The field custom text pertains to customization and you can add any custom text or name on the products.

Can i cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since these are custom products and printed on customer demand, cancellation after 3 hours of order placement is not possible. The issue is sensitive since the names are printed of little children and ends up causing a loss to us in their names leaving a bad taste.

My order

I cannot order or find a product - What does this mean?

It means the product is either discontinued or out of stock.

Can I add a product to an order?

It is not possible to add or remove items in an existing order. However, you can make another order and we will correct the shipping cost afterwards.
Contact our customer service and we will confirm when or if the change has been made.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time is 6 to 8 days. Since these are custom products and printed on demand, they might take a little more than 4 to 5 days to get delivered. In cases of urgent deliveries, please reach out to our email, whatsapp and instagram page for charges.

Where is my package?

To track your order, please proceed to https://callcourier.com.pk/tracking/ and check in the tracking ID sent to your given mobile number once the order is dispatched. You can also ask for your tracking ID on our whatsapp number or instagram handle.

Payment

What different forms of payment do you have?

We offer both cash on delivery and advance payments to Jazz Cash and Bank Transfers. Since our custom lamps and sofas are high value goods pertaining to high shipping costs, only these are processed once the full payment is paid in advance.

Where is my invoice?

Your invoice is always emailed to the email address you provided at checkout.
